the future... a hypothesis
Mother Nature, the one who protects all creation, is depicted grappling with increasingly frequent natural disasters: houses destroyed by floods, earthquakes. It's as if nature itself is rebelling against humanity, which has abused its resources without caring about the consequences.
The recent flood, the one that marked Emilia-Romagna, is a clear warning that perhaps we have exceeded the limit, a limit that will be difficult to restore. A hypothesis about the future... but what kind of future will it be? This is the question that the artwork aims to make those who admire it reflect upon.
