A cry for defense and freedom: “Hands Off” tells the story of those who reject every form of oppression. Giant hands, symbols of power and control, try to grasp and manipulate the human being, but from that grip rebellion is born. A female figure, emblem of dignity and resistance, breaks the chains. The float urges us to say enough to violence and abuse in all its forms — against people, nature, and freedom of thought. A civic manifesto that turns Carnival into a voice capable of denouncing, moving, and inspiring courage.
